These terms cover the phonehub.net website. The terms for an actual repair — warranty, diagnostics, unclaimed devices — are in our store policy.

Who these terms cover

PhoneHub operates walk-in device repair stores across Georgia and the website at phonehub.net. In these terms “we” and “PhoneHub” mean that business, and “you” means anyone who uses the site.
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Three documents sit side by side: these website terms, our store policy for repairs and sales, and our privacy policy for what we do with your information. Where a repair is concerned, the store policy is the one that governs.

Prices shown here are guides, not offers. Repair prices, trade-in figures and the shop price list are estimates based on typical devices. The price for your device is the one we quote you in store, after we have seen it.
A quote is not a contract until work is agreed at the counter. Quotes assume the device is as described — a device with liquid damage, a bent frame, a swollen battery or an earlier repair by someone else may price differently once it is examined.
If a price is listed incorrectly through a typing or system error, we may correct it and decline or cancel any order placed at the wrong price, whether or not it was confirmed. If you have already paid, we refund the difference or the whole amount.
We try to keep parts availability, opening hours and service listings current, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is accurate, complete or up to date at any moment.
We cannot promise a completion date for a repair that needs an ordered part. Timings shown anywhere on this site are typical, not commitments.

Use the site for your own lawful purposes: getting a quote, finding a store, reading about a repair, or contacting us.
Do not use the site to harass, impersonate anyone, or send content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Do not use the site to advertise, or to recruit people to another service.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or the servers it runs on, and do not scrape it by automated means without our permission.
We may block or remove anything submitted through the site, and may restrict access, at our discretion.

Nothing on this site is technical advice for your particular device. Attempting a repair yourself on the strength of something you read here is at your own risk.

PhoneHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its materials — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — even if we have been told such damages are possible.
Our liability arising from your use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if anything, for the transaction that gave rise to the claim.
Liability for a repair we carried out is governed by our store policy, not by this section.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhoneHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers against any losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or from any activity carried out through your use of the site.

This site links to services operated by other companies — our instant quote tool, map and directions links, and review and social pages among them.
We do not control those sites. They have their own terms and their own privacy and data practices, and you use them at your own risk. A link is not an endorsement.
If a link here is broken or points somewhere it should not, please tell us through the contact form.

We may change these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
