A price before we start
We look at the device, tell you the price, and that's the price. Diagnostics are $35 on phones and $65 on tablets, computers and consoles — and it comes off the repair if you go ahead.
Most repairs in one to two hours
Screens, batteries and charging ports are usually done while you wait. If a part has to be ordered we'll say so — but we won't promise a date for a part that isn't in the building.1
Thirty days of warranty
From the day you pick it up, covering the part we fitted and our workmanship. Not new physical damage or liquid damage. Full terms in the store policy.
Back it up first
A repair can require a device to be wiped, and damage already inside can surface once it's opened. Bring your passcode too — we need it to test the repair. See our privacy policy.3
