Three ways in.
Repair technician
Screens, batteries, charging ports, tablets, laptops and consoles. You diagnose it, fix it, and test it before it goes back to the customer.
What we look for: steady hands, patience, and someone who says so honestly when a device isn't worth fixing. No experience needed — we train.
Front counter & sales
Greeting customers, quoting repairs, selling devices and accessories, and handling activations and refills. You're the first person they meet.
What we look for: someone who likes talking to people, explains a price clearly, and never promises what we can't deliver. Spanish is a real plus.
Store manager
Running the team, the inventory, the day's numbers, and the hard customers. You open and close, and the store is yours.
What we look for: experience leading a retail team. Repair experience helps but isn't required.
