PREPAID ACTIVATION STEPS
To activate any device under a prepaid plan follow these steps:
- Locate IMEI and/or EID (To find your IMEI and EID dial *#06# from your phone.) · Run device on https://sickw.com/
- Make sure device BLACKLIST STATUS: Clean
- Check LOCKED CARRIER.
- If the device BLACKLIST STATUS is: BLOCKED, BLACKLISTED, REPORTED STOLEN OR LOST, then device is NOT eligible to be activated on any service.
*H2O Wireless WILL NOT activate on locked E-SIM only Devices. (14 and 15 Series device.)
To Complete the eSIM Installation after completing the Activation steps

Make sure you’re on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- Watch for a notification on your device that an eSIM from (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) is ready to be set up on your phone
- Tap the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) network
If you didn’t receive the notification, follow these steps:
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Cellular > Set Up Cellular
- Select Set Up eSIM: then Done to download your eSIM and connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) network

Make sure you’re on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- Watch for a notification on your device that your eSIM is ready
- Tap the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) network
If you didn’t receive the notification, follow these steps:
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM
- Select T-Mobile: then Add to download your eSIM and connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) network.

Make sure you’re on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Network & Internet
- Next to SIMs: choose the plus symbol (+)
- Tap Download your SIM > Next
- Select T-Mobile: then Activate to download your eSIM and connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) Network
- Once your eSIM finishes downloading, tap Settings > (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) and turn on Use SIM
- Tap Switch to (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) to connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) Network
Motorola
Make sure you’re on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Network & Internet
- Next to Mobile network: choose the plus symbol (+)
- Tap Download your SIM > Next
- Select (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.): then Download to download your eSIM and connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) Network
- Once your eSIM finishes downloading, tap Settings > (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) and turn on Use SIM
- Tap Turn on (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) to connect to the (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) Network.
