Panic Log Solution
- TG0B or TG0V – It’s battery related:
- The battery is defective or has failed
- The battery connector itself is damaged, warped or broken
- The battery connector data lines are missing.
- Check the mosfets Q3201 or Q3200 to see if broken or damaged
- Check the battery data pins (I2C0_SMC_TO_GG_SCL_CONN and I2C0_SMC_BI_GG_SDA_CONN)
for a diode mode reading. If it’s OL, then there’s a disconnected line & it’ll need to be investigated
- Prs0 or Mic1 – It’s the charging port flex.
- Test with known good charging port flex.
- Check for damaged or missing resistors around the charging port connector
- TG0B
or TG0V – It’s battery related:
- The
battery is defective or has failed
- The
battery connector itself is damaged, warped or broken
- The
battery connector data lines are missing.
- Check

Check the battery data pins
(I2C2_SMC_SCL_CONN and I2C2_SMC_SDA_CONN) for a diode mode reading. If it’s OL, check the resistors R3202 and R3201 for damage. Otherwise, the disconnection could be under the CPU & requires a CPU reball. If you get a short, then check the caps around the connector. Otherwise, the short is within the CPU likely not fixable.
Prs0 or Mic1 – It’s the charging port flex
- Test with known good charging port flex.
- Check for damaged or missing resistors around the charging port connector
- Test with a known good power button flex
- Check for pry damage on all the small components near the connector
- Diode mode the power button connector & see if you get an OL. If so, you
may have to split the sandwich and check for mic2 lines and ripped pads.
You may need to reball the sandwich to fix it
TG0B or TG0V – It’s battery related:
- The battery is defective or has failed

- Check the battery connector on the charging port flex
- Check the battery data pin (PMU_TO_BATTERY_SWI) for a diode mode reading.
- Test with known good charging port flex.
- Check for damaged or missing resistors around the charging port

It’s both, the Charging Port Flex AND Prox Flex
- This
means both parts are having issues. You’ll need to check both parts are
good & not damaged.

sure both flexes are plugged in
- Check
that no flex is torn, liquid damaged, defective
- Test
with OEM or Premium. Aftermarket Flexes have a high defect rate
- Diode
mode the FPC connectors for any faults
- 0x4000 –
Battery Data Line Issue
- Sometimes
you’ll see the battery percentage fluctuate or you’ll randomly get a
“non-genuine” message.
- Check
the battery connector pins. Sometimes they can bend out & battery
won’t make good contact.
- Diode
mode the battery connector pins & compare them to known good board
- Test
with a known good battery
- Replace the battery connector
- 0x400 – iPhone 13 Mini only – It’s a bottom board issue. The iPhone 13 mini needs to communicate with the gyroscope in order to function correctly and not restart every 3 minutes. Rebuilding pads 207, 208, 502, 503, 504, 527, 528 is all that is needed from the bottom board.
- 0xc00 –
iPhone 13 Mini only – It’s the bottom board issue AND the charging port
flex.
- You’ll
need to resolve both issues
- Make
sure the charging port flex is plugged in, working & not defective.
Refer to 0x800 solution above.
- Resolve the bottom board issue as described in the 0x400 solution.
- 0x400000 (or 4194304) – it’s the Wireless Charging Flex (Back Glass)
- iPhone 14 With Back Glass unplugged. This causes 3 min restart. Panic Log Code 0x400000Make sure it’s plugged in & the flex is not torn
- Check that there’s no liquid damaged, or that it’s defective
- Test with OEM or Premium. Aftermarket Flexes have a high defect rate
- Diode mode the FPC connectors for any faults
- Could be a sandwich issue
- 0x100000 (or 1048576) – it’s the Charging Port Flex
- 0x500000 (or 5242880) – it’s a communication problem with the battery
- the battery has a communication issue while charging
- restarts every 3min30sec

- check diode values on battery connector on the motherboard
- 0x500000 (or 5242880) – Or it could be the taptic engine as well as the charging port flex
- Make sure this flex is plugged in

- Could be a sandwich issue
- 0x200000 (or 2097152) – it’s the Proximity Flex Cable
- Make sure this flex is plugged in

- 0x600000 (or 6291456) – it’s wireless Charging flex + proximity Flex Cable

- both must be connected to the motherboard
- 0x20000 (or 131072) – It’s the logic board.
- Likely a disconnection of the logic board interposer (middle layer of the sandwich board).
- Inspect edges of logic board for gaps between the layers.
- This will likely require in-depth board repair and specialized tools for safely heating the board.
- 0x400000 (or 4194304) – it’s the Wireless Charging Flex (Back Glass)

- Check that no flex is torn, liquid damaged, defective

- iPhone 15pm Prox Flex 0x200000 Panic Log
- 0x300000 / 0x100000 (or 3145728 / 1048576) – It’s the Charging Port Flex
- iPhone 15 Pro Max will restart if the charging port flex is unplugged, causing 0x300000 panic log errorMake sure this flex is plugged in
- Check that no flex is torn, liquid damaged, defective
- Test with OEM or Premium. Aftermarket Flexes have a high defect rate

- 0x400000 (and or 4194304) – It’s the Wireless Charging Flex on the Back Glass

Mic1 – When it’s related to the charging port flex
- Test with known good charging port flex. Replacement flex cables can be
defective & very common, especially if it’s an iPhone 8 charging port flex, it
may cause restart issues on iPhone SE 2020
Mic1 – When it’s a broken trace within the motherboard
- Diode Mode the charging port FPC & check these 2 pins (I2C1_AP_SDA & I2C1_AP_SCL), as they’re the Mic1 data lines. If you see one or both as OL, then you have the common logic board defect. There is a break somewhere underneath the SIM Tray. So the solution would be to run a jumper around it to bypass it. Here’s how:
- I2C1_AP_SCL – Run a long jumper from R6610 to pin 13 on the charging port FPC. If done correctly, you should have a Diode Mode value of .329V at the charging port FPC
- I2C1_AP_SDA – Run a long jumper from R6611 to pin 15 on the charging port FPC. If done correctly, you should have a Diode Mode value of .329V at the charging port FPC
- N/A
- 1572864 or 524288 – It’s related to the Charging Port Flex
- Make sure this flex is plugged in
- Check the bottom mic/air pressure sensor module is connected
- Check that no flex is torn, liquid damaged, defective
- Test with OEM or Premium parts.
- Aftermarket Flexes have a high defect rate
- If water damaged:
- 1. Check the taptic engine. You can test with it unplugged.
- 2. Check the air pressure sensor module is not corroded or damaged
- 3. Check the FPC for corrosion or loose pins
- Diode mode the FPC connectors for any fault
- 2097152 – It’s related to the Wireless Charging Flex
- Make sure this flex is plugged in
- Check that no flex is torn, liquid damaged, defective
- Test with OEM or Premium. Aftermarket Flexes have a high defect rate
- Diode mode the FPC connectors for any fault
- 169 – Battery Data Line issue
- Usually it’s stuck at 1% or displays 0% when you plug in the charger
- Try a new battery or known good battery
- Check the battery connector for damage. – If warped, loose or broken, replace the FPC
- Diode Mode the battery data line pins on the connector
- Check voltages on battery data lines
- Replace U4000 and U4200
- 3670016 – Sandwich issue
- This panic can mean charging port and wireless charging port are faulty/not plugged in
- This could also be a sandwich issue on this line highlighted in the picture to the right.
- Test this test point to see if you have OL. If OL the issue is sandwich seperation or CPU separation.
- 3145728 and 2097152 (0x300000 and 0x200000 when translated to HEX) – It’s related to the Charging Port Flex
- Make sure this flex is plugged in
- Check the bottom mic/air pressure sensor module is connected
- Check that no flex is torn, liquid damaged, defective
- Test with OEM or Premium parts.
- Aftermarket Flexes have a high defect rate
- If water damaged:
- 1. Check the taptic engine. You can test with it unplugged.
