Resposibilities
Sales-Related Tasks
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM system
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close deals
Cell Phone, Computer, and Electronics Repair Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed quality standards
- Provide clear, non-technical explanations of technical issues to customers
- Learn about the customer’s technology and offer solutions to meet their needs (e.g., protection/tech support)
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and professional appearance
