Do you offer warranty.


Yes, iPhone repairs come with Lifetime Warranty including parts and labor warranty and 30 Days on all other repairs which means if you have any issues related to the repair we will fix it for FREE!




How long will my repair take?


The most common repairs only take our certified technicians 30 minutes to complete with an appointment. Without an appointment, we cannot guarantee your wait time.




Are your parts original or OEM?


Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts, instead, they contract out their parts to be manufactured by third party Chinese vendors. Many of the parts we supply come from the same and/or similar vendors in China. However, this question is specific to the type of device you are getting fixed. We have access to LG and Motorola OEM repair parts directly from the manufacture. However, for Apple and Samsung parts We cannot claim that our parts are “from Apple” but they are manufactured to the same OEM specifications.




What should i do if i dropped my device in water or another liquid?


Immediately power off the device if it is on and keep it turned off. Do not attempt to power the device back on until one of our experienced water damage professionals can diagnose the issue. Powering on the device while it has water damage can cause serious shorts and further damage.




What types of Smartphones do you repair?


We repair all smartphones available in the market including Apple, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Huawei smartphones.




I tried repairing my smartphone myself, can I still bring it in for repair or diagnostic?


es, no problem, please walk in to the store and bring your device.




Do you repair iPods and MP3 players?


Yes, we do repair iPods, and some MP3 players.




I have multiple issues with my smartphone, can I get a deal on multiple repairs?


Yes you can, give us a call and describe your problem and we will see what we could do for you.




Do you buy broken phones or any other phones?


Yes, we do buy broken/non-broken phones and other devices.




Do I have to prepay for my repair?


No, you pay after we repair your device if its a same day repair, otherwise a deposit is required.




How do you structure your pricing?


We base our pricing on two criteria. First there is the part cost, and second is the labor charge. This is the main pricing criteria.




Do you repair iPads and other tablets?


Yes, we do repair iPads and other tablets.




Do you repair Apple and Windows desktop and laptop computers?


Yes, we offer software and hardware repair.




Do you repair mobile game consoles?


Yes we do, examples are the PSP, DS and Wii U controllers.




Do I get any discounts on accessories if I repair my device in your store?


Most repairs warrant a 15% discount on accessories.




How do i turn off iCloud for Apple devices?


A: www.iCloud.com website. Log into icloud.com/find with Apple ID and password Select device from All Devices dropdown and select your device (top, center of screen) Device pop up box will appear. Click Remove from Account confirm by clicking Remove B: From another Apple device with same Apple ID (iOS 10.3 or later) Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down. Tap any device name to view that device's information Scroll down and Tap [ Remove from Account ]




How do i turn off Google account from Andoid devices?


Log into https://myaccount.google.com with your Google email address and password. Under Sign In & Security On left of screen - click on Device Activity And Notifications. On the right of the screen, click Recent security events and click on REVIEW DEVICES You will now see all devices linked to your Google account. Click on every single device which you want to remove (inc. the one mentioned above) and select REMOVE under account access.
